Anyone remember the Universal Gyms back in the 1980's?

We had them at our high school gyms and in the health spa. I wore that bench press out presses shrugs even tried curls and tricep presses on it.

I haven't seen one in ages!! My YMCA gym had one and I thought it was the coolest piece!!

I miss those old chain driven nautilus weight machines.

The pullover was my fav.

I remember them. There’s a small town that I train in occasionally that still has some equipment from the 80’s. It’s a little trip down memory lane when I do go.

Yes I can still recall the sound of those infamous nautilus chains and plate stacks clanking. Nothing like it today.

Haha I remember that. Had to sit on the ground for the Lat pulldown. I’m sure it’s still in the HS I went too.
