Just curious to see if anybody has expieriance with them. I need to strip off some bf , and I was thinking about using one of these two approachs. Im also not exactly sure if going "keto" for most of the week ( ala Carbnite ) would totally derail my training under the bar, and or on the mat.

You may want to also look at rotations.

Do you mean rotating my macro's ?

Yup. High, Med, and Low Days. Some well known people like Justin Harris have been an advocate of this for a long time. I find this works better for myself than a keto diet. It also helps keep me leaner while remaining strong and full (muscle belly wise).

Thanks bro. I used to carb cycle, wich was working good for a while, but somehow i sliped up and gained weight. When i get to my target weight Ill probolly go back to it. Hopefully this time I can sort it out better.

Carb cycle. On workout days, keep carbs in the peri fields. Off days I'd say just a tad bit at night.

Stagger all macros. More protein/less carbs on cardio days & vice versa on training days. Each week drop carbs or add cardio.
