Do you know if you'll rent it out during the Olympia yet? (Just in case).
The bodybuilder gyms are mostly mentioned already:
Dagon's Lair - Flex Lewis' gym. I didn't go last year to see the add-on space he's done, but its a good gym.
****there is also a masseuse in there called the Torture Room for deep tissue massages. Miguel is the masseuse and is very good. booked him at the 2023 Olympia and he did a great job.
Fit Club - haven't been but its popular with many I've seen on the Cultler podcast.

Powerhouse Gym that is owned by Iris Kyle & Hidetada Yamagishi, 1950 S Rainbow Blvd Suite 105 Las Vegas NV 89146 Wife is a fan of Iris so we went while there at the 2023 Olympia.
We only went to the Olympia activities last year due to being worried and constantly watching WTF the hurricane hitting us in Ft Myers was doing.
