What's New?

Any good ways to make sure that squats are performed correctly?

Here’s a good demonstration by one of the greats, Tom Platz

I know, I know. It’s a video and I know some have really put a lot of work into their posts but I gotta face facts: Even though the opening poster is obviously a female, we guys just don’t do written directions very well and some guy might just need the same kind of help.

I guess I might make one little update here. ^-^
I have been trying this exercise for some time now, and it feels very comfortable.
I do still have a bit of trouble if I try to add weights to the bar - it gets really heavy really quickly - but I guess I shouldn't be impatient with that.

Watch videos, ask someone in the gym to help you or post videos asking about form. When you squat right, you feel it
