Okay here’s a new scam to be made aware of.
Apparently hackers are getting people’s phone numbers and using them to text or call your own contracts having people text and verify there address for coronavirus relief.
happened last night to an elderly family member, a friend texted them to say click this link to verify your address and get your coronavirus relief. When that family member called there friend, that friend said they didn’t text them all day and that friend had no history of these texts on there phone.
just let your family members know, especially the elderly.
