Trying something new to me...
Of course you can try any Protein Powder you like. I started with One Large Egg, One Scoop of Protein Whey Powder and 1/2 Banana Mashed up. Then used a very Small amount of Milk. You may need to add more Protein Powder or Milk to get the thickness you need for pancake batter.
This made 3 small Pancakes.. I stacked it with a Small Protein Shake. Used it today for Breakfast. Then hit the Weights.
You could add Oats for more Carbs if you like or replace the Milk with Water for less Carbs.
I had to add 1/2 scoop more of Protein to get my batter.
