another night cant sleep

couldnt sleep again on my own...so i got out of bed after explaining to her why...and popped an ambien. dont know if its the tren or the test c causin my sleep to be fuccked up...but its startin to suck. im gettin my rest, thanks to ambien...but not the same. just thought id share it on here....good night all...hope this kicks in soon

It's most likely the tren and test and your body just getting used to the compounds, give it some time, usually 2 weeks or so, and you'll be sleeping fine. I've gone through that myself.

High doses of test can cause problems sleeping but its most likely the tren...Thats the biggest side effect of tren is sleep problems, Thats tren 101 everyone who does their research should no that. The ambien is to strong and mind controling, just get some benadryl or take a shot of niquil before bed and yull be fine.

Benadryl puts me out like a rock. I'm still sleepy the next day. Melatonin puts me out much more gently though.

get a script of Trazodone HCL. Non-habit forming and helps you fall asleep, and stay that way. I had horrible sleep when leaving the Corps because of Iraq. Now I can get 7-8hrs no problem.
