I never spread the dose - the half-life is somewhere around 24 hrs (debatable). I follow the taper-up and -down protocal. 40-40-60-60-80-80-100-100-120-120-120-120-then down. You can adjust to how you feel, but my taper down is quicker than my taper up, 3 weeks total. Don't expect magic. Do lots of low-impact cardio (quick walking or regular walking with dumbbells, exercise bike, etc. It stimulates your CNS so your metabolism should be revved up all day from the drug, take advantage of that. Some also believe it is muscle-sparing so that's a plus
