I have posted it many times. Most people don't hit all three phases of the LDL cycle, which is why they see very little reduction.

- You need to hit LDL absorption with plant sterols (1-3 g a day).
- You need to address LDL synthesis with Red Yeast Rice (1200 mg a day), Citrus Bergamot (2000 mg a day) or Garlic (1000 mg a day). I prefer to use both, Citrus Bergamot and Garlic. Not a lot of people tolerate Red Yeast Rice, as it acts just like a statin.
- You also need attack LDL secretion with Berberine (1200 mg a day).

This is not a 1+1+1=3, it is more like 1+1+1=5. Like I said, if you don't hit all 3 phases of the cycle, you often do not see very much of a reduction.

Awesome, thank you. I can’t do the red yeast rice but I will add the sterols, bergamot, & garlic. Already mixing berberine powder in my morning protein. FYI, tastes like rancid ass.

We use garlic around here like a religion for cooking , but I can not imagine what it would be like burping a couple of gel caps of garlic powder hahahaah that on top of the fish oil and vitamins .... wheres the pepto ?lol
Ditto. My wife and cook with tons, of garlic. Also tumeric and ginger root.

I tried turmeric .. got it in a powder the first time .. shook it on my chicken like salt n pepper , smelled amazing while it was cooking

It was like trying to eat a fkn Cedar tree haahahahh i gagged that out so fast, dogs wouldn't even eat it , so now i get it in caps :)

Burping one still sucks but its not that often

I use the actual root. Kroger even now carries it.
