Thanks for asking. I took the year off strongman. It was time for a break and grip has been on my to do list for a long, long time. And we opened a training facility so my priorities have shifted a bit and training took a back seat. Grip has been a fun way to stay connected and make RR cry like a bitch because hers stinks. :violin:

I miss RR, talking shit and competing with her. Keeping my fingas crossed for December to make a comeback....
