Wanted to get the general publics opinion here. I bought some supplements and recieved a bunch of samples, two of them were the amino acid supplements. One by "bpi" called 'blox' and one by usp labs called 'Modern BCAA'. I tried them both during different workouts and liked them a lot. I felt more of a pump with the 'blox' but when reading the reviews I was taken back. It does not have good reviews at all. The Modern BCAA formula has much better reviews.
I would like to choose one of these to use during my workout. I have tried some other intraworkout supplements but didnt like how bloated I got.
