Amino Acids / BCAA which one is better?

Wanted to get the general publics opinion here. I bought some supplements and recieved a bunch of samples, two of them were the amino acid supplements. One by "bpi" called 'blox' and one by usp labs called 'Modern BCAA'. I tried them both during different workouts and liked them a lot. I felt more of a pump with the 'blox' but when reading the reviews I was taken back. It does not have good reviews at all. The Modern BCAA formula has much better reviews.

I would like to choose one of these to use during my workout. I have tried some other intraworkout supplements but didnt like how bloated I got.

Which one do you guys/girls find to be better?

My personal favorite is Scivation Xtend for BCAAs and recovery

But BCAAs are the same as amino acids. BCAA stands for Branch Chain Amino Acids

I take 5grams of glutamine and 15grams of BCAA pre workout.

I would not spend another nickel on that crap.

Unless you're in a severe caloric deficit, and you aren't eating any lean meats or enough protein, you will NEVER need BCAAs as a supp. You get them at every meal that you eat a lean meat. When dieting hard, sure, it's an insurance policy, but otherwise, IMO, you're wasting your money.
