I know Stumpy. The internet is the reason I finally made results in the gym. As a young teenager I basically played basketball and weight lifted with my home bench and 200lbs all day long. Didn't have a job so didn't have the money to afford a gym. No concept of nutrition or resting figured work harder and longer I wanted to grow so bad as a teen. I ended up basically was making myself an anorexic with over exercising and no rest. I was a fool then because I wasn't informed but at least I had a hard work ethic. My mentality has always been nobody will out work me and I won't give up. Decade+ later I decided to lift again just out of needing something to distract me didn't really expect results but the internet made me understand what I needed to do and results came. Now it's basically an addiction and I'll never stop, I owe a lot to weightlifting/bodybuilding.
