I wouldn't say your arms look small, nor do your delts over power them. But I have in my day, seen individuals with fantastic delts, (rear, side and front fibers all proportional) with weak triceps and and even worse forearms. So in a way, I do know what you are saying in.

TBH I can't remember what pre cycle weight was but weighing in now at 80k.

Yup, just check the conversion on google. I'm 5' 6" so I can still put on some size. I left UK 5 years ago weighing in at 89k but bf was higher than it is now, would like to go to around 90k but with similar or less bf than I have now.
