Cardio 1.5 hours that's it
Splurged on the food yesterday a bit but not really actually ate pretty clean considering.

Great work man, DL looked easy TBH just keep an eye on your back being slightly rounded. You want to get those shoulders back so they are not forward over the bar when you start the pull.

Hope you had a great Birthday too MF.
