Advice for deadlift explosion off the ground

I'm working on this right now. For me it's getting in the right position (6'5, so makes it a little more difficult) and quad development.

We're about the same height.... it took me a while to figure out tall guy leverages but I've got over 20 pulls in a meets over 700...... Andy Bolton is only an inch or so shorter than us...... Another teammate of mine is 6'3" and just pulled 870 in a meet........ tall is just fine for deadlift.

More than likely it's tight hamstrings and you're trying to get your hips too low to start.

Yup, start position is key for me. After I tore my adductor last year, finding that sweet spot again has been a pain in the ass, but I think I got it figured out again.

Deficit chain or banded speed pulls. Dynamic start helps.
