abs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey! I was wandering if there is such a thing as to many calories. I eat and eat mainly cause I wanna get bigger but it seems latley I'm starting to get luvhandles, lol. I do sit ups often but it doesn't seem like my abs are showing as much as they should.

    I work out 4-5 times a week and while my upper body looks good I got these luvhandles that I can't seem to trim up. So, I guess my questioin is am I eating too much or do I need to do a certain exercise for this?

    fat is stored as food for the future in a shortage, simple math you need a deficit of calories to lose fat.
    roughly 3500 cals in a lb of fat.
    500 cals of cardio or ?? 7 days per week = 1 lb of bodyfat lost and or eat less food

    There is no spot reduction. You need to lose body fat.

    Vary calorie intake is another option. Cycle carbs etc...
