I have an almost flat tummy but how can I get more definition? My obliques are good nice definition but the middle I want more...how or what can I do

I had abs since i was 12 its mostly genetics and diet.There is no one better exercise then the other.You should work your stomach in every direction

If you want to do some specific ab work or you feel it's necessary my favourites are
Medicine ball sit up throw with or without a partner
Cable crunches with a rope
Ab roller
Some form of knee raises ,my favourite are off a bench .
Farmers walks .
Russian twists .
