Seems clear to me he wasn't locked out on the last rep and wasn't waiting for the "down" commands on several reps:

I think they called it dead on. Thor just had too many nut huggers agreeing with him that he "got robbed". Reality is he had about 11 real reps (being generous) and Eddie has gas in the tank for 2 more IMO.

He should be happy to have received 14. Eddie clearly won that one and thor clearly should have gotten 10 because he was warned again and again.

It sucks that Eddies win got tainted for awhile due to Thors cry baby ways of dealing with losing. Not only was he crying about the Viking press he was also complaining about the events being stacked up to Eddies favor. Thor also made the sport of strength contest look bad with his antics. He really should have been banned from competing for at least a yr when he barked at the head judge trying to intimidate him into changing his mind. Pretty scary when a 6'8", 450lb beast is screaming at you cause you wont give him a cookie.

I don't think he was "cheating" as much as maybe just being undisciplined or unmindful of his body... even the ref warned about being in the heat of battle you sometimes lose focus... Thor just wanted to do his own thing.
