A positive from this quarantine!!!

Like most people with kids schools are closed and doing online teaching. My boys P.E class is still going teacher sends exercises to do and we submit a video showing them doing exercises.
Today they had to run a mile and that turned into a good cardio session included running, sprints uphill, push-ups and pull-ups good bonding session and we'll do EOD now. We had so much fun they smoked me on the distance running. But got them on pull-ups and push-ups.
This will be a good memory for us when this is over!!

5 people in the gym means I am in no ones way, allows me plenty of text time in between sets.

My son's Friday gym class was a max rep. Plank for your max, max push ups, max sit ups, max body weight squats and max jumping jacks. Well, if you have ever seen an uncoordinated 10yo try and do a body weight squat or push ups, it ain't pretty. Trying to teach him push ups in the hardest, went to the knees and crossed leg approach and my hand on his chest helping him ease down. He's 5'1 and 105 and a white man who can't jump.
