I had to share this I thought it was so cool:


Ann Arbor Life Extension,
Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how I am doing now.
It has been 5 or so weeks now since our meeting and me starting on your program.
I cannot believe the improvement in the quality of my life.
Who would have thought that after suffering a small stroke a year and a half ago that I would be back in the gym doing what I love to do.
To say I feel like a new man is an understatement.
Before our meeting I was about at the end of my rope and ready to just give up.
Now I feel better than I have in Decades.
I now have energy, passion and focus.
The doctors may have fixed the hole that was in my heart.
You guys fixed the hole in my life.
