    ESPN advertising Steroids now...

This morning, while half-asleep, I heard a commercial on ESPN talking about testosterone. Maybe it's run before but I haven't seen it and ESPN is about all I watch (literally). I thought it was pretty ironic given that the network stopped airing ALL bodybuilding related shows in order to have zero affiliation with steroids.

    The product was Androgel 1.62%
    What is AndroGel 1.62%?

I had noticed this ad before on the nightly news and found it remarkable...

Combine the sudden appearance of these ads with this tib bit from Metabolic Doc's facebook page

and I think the result is just more evidence that FDA simply exists to suck off the pharmaceutical industry. Pharma wants to make money selling androgen replacement therapy, FDA loosens the rules, insurance companies abide. Its a sick way of doing business, but hell if men can finally stay healthier and more virile into their mid-life and later years I'll call it a benefit...
