Still holding his own at 83 - good to see. Like many of you I'm sure, I've known plenty of people in their 80's who are a far cry from his condition and general awareness

Yes Albert is amazing man! some ppl think for my age i push it hard abit, but the carved physique Albert had also was great when he competed and not a very young age.
