I just started taking this weight loss supplement to help with the mid section. My nutrition guy praises it and says it was featured on Dr. Oz and yadda, yadda, yadda. Has anyone else tried this yet and had proven results?

7-keto by Who? IMO the oral is not as affective sublingual or the spray.
Not exactualy how strong it is as a diet sup but it looks to have several health benefits.
May regulate cortisol and improve the testosterone-to-cortisol ratio to offset cortisol's catabolic effects

And supposedly stimulating enzymes of the liver, promoting basal
metabolism, and helps to increase the lean/adipose ratio.

I tried it for a couple months. I don't think it helped any.

I'll use it as a thyroid pct after tren cycles. I can tell it keeps me tren lean because once I come off the 7-keto, I tend to soften up a little. So in my experience it works with one bottle.
