Good job man.
From someone who's also battling back injuries I know how big this is.

Congrats and nice lift.
It’s impressive without any conditions but seems really good considering your body weight.
What do you weigh?

Before my back (disc) injury I hit 475 at 178lbs nattie. Been on trt for 1.5 years now and hit a high of 208lbs but right now at 203 at 5'10"

So not quite as good in regards to strength to bodyweight but I definitely have more in the tank.

Good job man.

Thanks man.!..no deadlifts and lots of leg pressing. I stuck around 135 to 315 on squat for a long time. It sucks! Yours getting better?

Very nice! It's always interesting to see how different people squat. Whenever I've got some decent weight on the bar, I always go down extremely slow, as I'm afraid that if I lower too fast I'll just keep on going and end up sitting on the floor wondering what happened? LOL

You look like you came down at a modest pace and had no problem staying in control. You clearly have more in the tank! Nice work.

Very nice man! I said the same thing to myself that @tommyguns2 said. When I get up in weight I always go super slow also. You look more than in control and definitely have more in the tank!

Very nice man!!!!

Atta Boy, Joe.

You made it look easy, like a RMOI.
