But to answer your question, a dose of 500mg may further complicate things. At 500mg you may aromatize quite a bit of that test. If your hormones remain out of balance, you will continue to have erection issues.

Hit up the doctor, explain the situation and that viagra isn't the answer (trust me he'll try and script you and move you along). Demand blood work. You need total test, free test, E2 and what else guys????

500mg is not TRT, that is a cycle or a high dosed cruise. Have you had aby bloodwork done? What did you run last and how long have you been off? Did you run a PCT? Etc.. We need more details in order to properly help you.

500mg. 1x per month of neo test would work if that is the problem how ever you to do as already instructed an start with blood testing
