Hey guys,

I wanted to give you an update on my TRT journey. About six weeks ago, I posted my results from Enclomiphene. However, due to estrogenic side effects from Enclomiphene, I switched to Test enanthate as my primary source testosterone replacement therapy.

Here are the results after five weeks:

- I was on a healthy dose of 204 mg per week, administered weekly(2x a week).
- My recent lab results show the following:
- Red blood cell count, hematrit, and hemoglobin levels are a little high.
- Estradiol levels are also high.
- Testosterone levels are at a powerful 1753 and making a significant positive impact on my life.

Despite the elevated estrogenic markers, I haven't experienced any mental estrogenic side effects like i did on enclo and don't feel too watery. I have a meeting with my blood work consultant and cycle coach tomorrow morning to review these results and this will help us make decisions on what will need to happen after i start my first test blast (300weekly) tomorrow.

Please feel free to take a look share any feedback you have. Thank you so much, guys!

That’s a good number considering how much you’re taking.

So I am seeing some positive changes!

Iron: Increased from 203 to 250 µg/dL (above range on TRT, reference 40-155 µg/dL).
Ferritin: Increased from 226 to 400 ng/mL (above range on TRT, reference 30-400 ng/mL).
TRT can caused a significant rise in iron levels. Staying well-hydrated and regular physical activity can support metabolic processes that utilize iron. So just keep an eye on that. So not take any ir

Estradiol:
4/17/2025: 50.9 pg/mL (within 7.6-42.6 pg/mL, but flagged high).
5/27/2025: 42.6 pg/mL (within range).
Your estradiol decreased on TRT, likely due to aromatase activity balancing with higher testosterone levels. Big improvement which also seemed to normalize your cortisol.

Elevated hematocrit on TRT is a common side effect of high testosterone. There is no evidence showing this is harmful unless you have a blood disorder which means you have primary erythrocytosis. This is what has been found to lead to CHD. Not secondary erythrocytosis which is caused by testosterone. This norm number they do in blood testing for HCT was just pulled out of thin air so most assume >55 is good. So just keep an eye on it. Always make sure you are hydrated and if you like start taking Naringin 500mg supplements daily and it can help you lower that HCT.

From what I see the 5/27 labs say
Testosterone 1753
Estrodial 143 (not 50)

Am I reading my thing wrong?

Youu are absolutely right. 143 is kind of high. I guess 50 was the 1st reading? Wait about 3 months and test again and see if that changes. If you show any side effects, you may need to decrease the dose some or at the last resort using anastrozole may help.

Estrogen is not high. It is out of range, but so is your test. A 10-12 test to estrogen ratio is pretty normal.

If this is prescribed TRT, I would expect your doctor is going to reduce your test to around 140-150 mg a week. Some doctors will let you go above total test ranges, but only if there are no other negative indicators. With your blood viscosity and estrogen being elevated, they will reduce your test to control those numbers.

If you are doing it on your own, just be mindful that they are going to climb if you add in more test. Your blood will get thicker when you add in an AI. I wouldn't be overly concerned, since your platelets are good, but just something to watch.

I'm being moderated by a company called HormonesForMe.com, and the owner is Ryan Root. You might have seen him on a few podcasts recently. He's blood work consultant and somewhat of a coach. runs TRT clinics, which is how we got started.

He knows my goals were to start first blast on June 1st which was yesterday. So yesterday we increased to 400 test, 200 primo for a week and 4iu of GH per week. We're going to see if the primo does a good job of being somewhat of an AI for me.

I get my next set of blood work in five weeks. Overall, I'm feeling fantastic and pretty happy with the results. I'm excited even more physical changes.
