    • Progressive Resistance
    • Avoid Over-Training
    • Use Good Form
    • Build a Foundation Using Basic Exercises
    • Work on Your Weak Points

    Surprised no mention of nutrition.....otherwise solid advice.

    Is ironman magazine still around? It used to be my favorite in the early 90s until every other page started to "feel like deca"
