Hey any of u guys use Jim wendlers 5/3/1 workout? If so how was your results? Did u customize it at all? I'm thinking about starting that program, but what do u guys think about the lbs increases every 4 weeks being only 5 for upper body and 10 for lower body lifts of your 1rm? I think that would be good for naturals but what about someone starting a cycle? Jim, tate, and the rest of them at elite seem pretty knowledgeable. Let me know what you guys think

Guess this isn't as popular of a powerlifting workout as I thought. Maybe ill stick with the westside template.

Sorry I'm late to the party. Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 is a very good program for strength gains. Which is better - Star's 5X5 or Wendler's 5/3/1? Well you might as well ask how do they compare to the Sheiko program. The truth is they are all very good programs and I can't recommend on over another.
