Well shit, what can I say? I haven't worked out since the spring due to needing another DCR this time for the left shoulder. My rLEFT (edit) wrist , the bone on the outside is bulging and it hurts constantly. I lost my fucking job and almost lost my house. I have another job but the pay is shit and the health insurance doesn't start up for quite awhile. I'm going on a Keto diet soon. Going to be a long slow claw up to get back to being somewhat whole again.
