Lifted 2x last wk. Squat and ghr then flat bench and db rows. Bench not feeling nearly as well as dl/squat. Today was zerchers, these are new but a nice shoulder saver
Holy fuk 2019 was a total bust. I lifted 1 to 3 times a Wk in the basement and that was lackluster at best. The 2nd Wk of September I had just gotten back inside from a walk with my dog when he turned on me. I spent 8 hrs in er with a plastic surgeon and had my bicep sown back together along with my hands and 8 other puncture wounds. I swore I was getting back to lifting. First 3 wks of the Yr I started back 3x/Wk in my basement doing high rep work. Joined my local gym again after that and did 3x10 plus accessory work for the next 3 wks, since then I've been doing 5/3/1. Wanted to post up and keep myself accountable. So far I've hit 395x3 dl, 315x3 squat, and 80lb db presses. I must note that my fatass is up 20lbs from comp weight!
