I've really been enjoying this summer and lifting has been on the back burner, first time I remember doing this in 10+ yrs. Had a couple more trips to the 1000 islands and wkend trips with the kids to all the different state parks. Exercise has been hiking the park's, biking, running my dogs, and push mowing a 1/2 acre every 3 days. Oh...... and a lot of 1, 12, & 16oz curls
