    Last 2wks were spent redoing 2 bedrooms for the gf kids and at work 6days/wk @ 50+hrs......no weight training.

    1 x 30


    Quick day, kids have school function. Warmed up/stretched differently, used tempo, and focused on bar path. The basics work well, shoulder liked it
