I avoid shoulder presses anymore other than plate loaded or cable machines. A lot of times my body feels better after the cracks, pops, creaks, and groans. Keep up the nice work brother.

420 x fail x 2 was last dl session so I'm very pumped with a solid double......if it was only 100lbs more. Sumo pulls are feeling stronger than conv. Have alot to learn but it feels strong.

Had the golden boy bitch at work so fired up by 7:30am he was throwing chairs. lmfao, smiled at him all day, and knew it was great fuel for dl

Late start short session. 12mile bike ride @5:30am today. Squats seems to suffer when dl picks up :(
