What are you a bodybuilder now?

Haha.....no. Been hitting the gym with a buddy in the mornings due to work and treatment schedules. Heavy is no bueno in the am. Evening session will be fewer but they will be the big 3 and heavier

Hmmm, smith machine OHP. Don't think that's legal. Everyone knows the smith is only for squat and bench.

True story :) Shoulder has been giving me a hard time lately and I'm scared a.f. about re-injuring it. Strength is just not there in the mornings either. Going to be a rough couple months but stick with me
