First entry to test how this works, never posted a training journal but figured it would be a good idea to track progress and get a broader idea of my training results.

My goal is to get a 300 Bench, 400 Squat and 500 Deadlift.

Current weight is about 207.

I will be posting workout entries.

Shouldn't be too hard. I got to 365 bench and 505 deadlift at 217 a few years ago. (I don't squat)

Hi Guys,

I didn't think this would get so many replies, I was just going to use the journal for myself so its cool to see people on the board and that. Thanks for the kind welcome.

Best all time Lifts (ten years ago)

Bench:115kg/253Ibs
Squat: 140kg/308
Deadlift: 200kg/440

I peaked these lifts around 20 years old bit stopped training with any regularity in my mid 20s as I got busy making all lifes greatest mistakes.

Right now my lifts are

Bench: 110/242
Squat: 142.5/314
Deadlift: 170/374 (for 2)

When I turned 30 i decided I wanted to try and match my strength in my twenties. I turn 31 tomorrow so didnt quite get there this year. No excuses but the Pandemic and having a baby did somewhat derail progress.

Am pretty determined to make some progress this year and i am making it a major priority, also our baby is a much better sleeper these days and that really helps......alot.

I love Over Head Pressing, so I also have a goal of getting that to 200. Currently its at 77.5kg/170.

The reason for the goal of 300/400/500 was I heard a strength coach mention it as a great place to be and have always fixated on it since.
