I am 45 yrs old. Been into lifting since 17 and involved in combat sports for over 20 yrs. I was cycling test from my 20's up until my 40's following the general rule of time on equals time off.
For the past 2.5 yrs I had decided to stay on a low dose of test (100mg every 6th day of cyp). The main symptoms I am having fit an enlarged prostate to a T. The main issue is having to strain much more when urinating. I had been consuming alcohol a few days a week also. I noticed urination problems particularly when drinking beer so I stopped that. On top of the alcohol I was consuming at least one energy drink a day.
Since the prostate issue has been really bothering me, I have stopped caffeine and alcohol consumption altogether. I also got full spectrum bloodwork done and the doc said everything looked good and I wasn't over doing it with the test.
My questions are: Is my prostate going to continue to get larger and give me more problems urinating? I have begun taking a prostate supplement but I am worried that this issue will get worse. Should I consider going off the test entirely?
