2nd attempt at210kg squat

Its the end of my heavy phase and i attempt again the 210kg (464lb) squat that i managed last time but struggled with. i tried this a couple of weeks before and got it but was bust a gut and maybe a touch too high here is how the two attempts went this time with also some of my warmups

You spelled subscribe wrong. Why are you pausing on your warm ups?

i find the pausing just helps build strength - i dont compete at the mo but just like to maintain best form regardless of whether the weight or 60kg or 200kg

That looked incredible!!!

That bar is resting on a mountain of traps!

As your weight increases I always worry about the walkout.
