It’s that time again. Goal setting for the new year. I am keeping things reasonable considering my age, injuries and lifestyle. 2026 will be a year of big changes in my life. Consistency in the gym will be important.
the plan is a 500+ squat, 400+ dead and easy 300+ bench.
all at <205 BW.
Really looking for 1300 total. I believe I can do it. Right now working on the training scheme. I believe I have the squat plan in place, but the other two are up in the air.
Joints are probably the limiting factor here, Everything hurts, so supplement focus.
