Kyle Ramsey is the defending collegiate national champion of the 242 weight class and is the captain of the #1 ranked Collegiate Powerlifting Team, the Ragin Cajuns of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. This was his last heavy squat workout before the USAPL Collegiate National Championships on April 13-15.

Haha...I feel you on that bro. Crazy numbers. Dude is only 20!? Wow. I wonder if he keeps working hard what kind of squat records he would break.

Is there a limit to how strong the human muscle fibers can get? Could he squat 1,500-2,000 pounds? 20 years old. Damn.

I got to go hit legs hard tomorrow.

He's definately got more in the tank. That went up pretty easily. Wonder how much more he could get right now. Very impressive.

And he walked it out, no mono lift and had a pair of cross trainer or running type shoes on. impressive. He is in some elite territory.
