I know nothing about these events at all so I'm not sure if there are elements that I'm unaware of that have contributed to many of the objections posted here, so my statement is made solely on the photos, I've seen. My daughter is 17 now and if she had wanted to do something like this I'm not sure what I would have done, I guess it would depend on the kid and what the events were like and the impact on her mental health. 14 is very young but there are plenty of models, pro-athletes and actresses at that age and some of them thrive. If it was my 14 son would I stop him? I don't know.... I'm not so sure it's a black and white thing. Is there not a teen division?

I see nothing here that I haven't seen in gymnastics. Although the last pic pushes the envelope for me. However, to put it in perspective, she's not in a porno. She's not posing with her friends at a party with shots being poured in the crack of her ass. She competing in a professional sport and part of that requires this. If there is any perversion derived from this it's in our thoughts, not her actions. She's not trying to excite us. She trying to show her hard work. And any shame for thinking otherwise belong to us.

I agree. Even in my dad's day his first wife was 13 and marriage and kids was not at all uncommon in the 40's and 50's for 14-15 year olds. The problem is for the past 30-40 years we treat our kids like babies until they are 18 or 21 (depending on where you live) and then thrust them out into the world as adults. Nothing magical happens to a girl when she turns 18 that makes her ready for everything life has to offer. I have often said its funny that in almost every other country at puberty you are considered "grown" capable of holding a job, having kids ect.

Its really ****ed up that at age 17 you can sign up to join the military to to over seas and be killed but you can't buy a beer and ammo for a 22. At 16 a girl can drive a 4000 pound car and put her life and everyone else in danger but can't legally have sex.....lol
American laws are and inconsistent joke at best.

All that being said I do have a double standard and I would break someones legs for hitting on my 14 year old "little girl" ....lol
I understand she looks 20 and has 36D boobs. But I do reserve the right to mess you up for talking to her.
A couple months before I turned 18 I got carded while purchasing a lighter, the cashier turned me away in front of half a dozen customers behind me. One of the most embarrassing moments of my life.

Mature enough to be entrusted with an M-16? Sure! Mature enough to handle a Bic? Are you ****in' nuts?

Anyway, if it's what she wants to do and her parents support her I really don't see much of an issue with the situation.

I believe Nick Wright started bodybuilding competitions around her age could be wrong. Truth is if she wants to compete there is nothing wrong with it. If her parents are forcing her to compete like those sick twisted parents that make their kids do beauty pageants then that is an issue.

No she doesn't look 14 with all the tan on etc but her competing is her own choice. People that tend to figure out what they like to do at a younger age tend to go farther ahead as well in specialty fields. Truth is it's probably good for her and gives her structure, she eats healthy and exercises so she won't have time to do shit typical teens do like experimenting with drugs, hanging out with the wrong crown and sleep around. To me competitions are in many ways art so appreciate it for what it is. We as a society put sexual expressions on things. gymnastics, pole vault many other things can be viewed in the same way.

If it wasn't for how that OP phrased his post which I don't agree with I don't think anybody would be saying anything other then congrats to her and that she looks awesome.
