Even helps with the mild sides. I get complimented by the ladies in the gym on the quality of my skin all the time and I am running 1.8 g of gear. No fucking way my skin would look this good if I wasn't pinning every day. Haha. It's the little things.I think the ED or EOD pinning makes a lot of sense for those who tend to experience sides. That could be due to: (1) you simply being unlucky and very sensitive to sides, or (2) you're using heavy doses.
I was able to pin test U once every two weeks for 18 months at about 350mg each shot, and experienced no sides. Was nice to only have to pin once every couple weeks. But you also have to be more diligent to remember that next shot.
Lately I've been pinning EOD, as I've been running test prop, NPP or sust, and figured I'd likely get bigger level changes. I do think that pinning more frequently is optimal, but pinning all the time can be a pain. I just rotate from one quad to the next EOD, and leave my delts to pinning IM my L-carnitine (ED) and glutathione (EOD). GH gets pinned 2x/day SQ in my abs.
