physical therapy movements make sense.
It can be quite humbling what a light weight can do to you if you are doing burn out sets as well.
I have been using them for years myself what's the problem?
Good for rehab.
I see typical nonlifter females use them at times thinking they are working out hard. Funny thing is we have a pair of pink and black both 1lb same,the girls never touch the black ones. I would love to try a social experiment and paint all the weights pink except the light weights see if these non lifters wouldn't be afraid of the weights anymore since they are pink.
Try to lift anything more after a majr shoulder surgery. lol
I actually use them because they make me look bigger. It's like an illusion
I was using light weights when I was doing my rehab from rotator cuff surgery so they do come useful for some people.
They might make nice paperweights for my journal.
They are good for some Jobe exercises, which are some rotator cuff strengthening exercises.
