    Very good read, I been on Doctor prescribed TRT for the past 7-8 years already, it took a while to figure out my body and what I needed but this past eight years have been amazing, my test base line when I first got tested was 197 if I remember correctly. Thank u for the great article.

    I squatted 565X2 last night, but I see way too many guys lifting over 500 pounds but they just squat a few inches, I try to squat deep enough with my hammies touching my calves.

    I can do 12 easy reps with 125#, can't go any heavier cause that's the heaviest dumbbells they have at my gym.

    I can't mix my food, everything needs to be on a different plates, like I can't mix chicken with rice on the same plate, they have to be on different plates.
