    old but new...if that makes sense

    been on/off TID for some time now.this last year was a rough one for me but slowly and surely making my way back to the iron and to the forums.had a rough last year-6mnths and pray that i learned my lesson.hopefully to be back in the gym once the dr gives me the green light...

    1st month of 5/3/1

    finally made some decent progress this last moth with my 5/3/1.been sick last 2wks so it's held me back a little but my 1rm's are still skyrocketing.concentrating on mainly squats and deadlifts right now and both are higher than when i started.my legs still need mad work but i have put a little...

    my 4th week back after a summers layoff.starting wght was about 185,last week was 210.b/f checked at between 9-10%.been doing 10x10 and then 8x8.Sunday i start my max-ot routine which i kinda modified to help strengthen some really weak areas like my delts and overall legs.not too bad for 44yrs...

    anyone here ever heard of the x-rep routines which are usually shown throughout ironman magazine/i've got a few of the books downloaded but realy don't understand it ompletely. any help would be appreciated,thnx...the roc.

    new pic...

    took this one this morning when i woke up so no laughing at my bed head,lol.lost some size due to the summers heat but it's slowly coming back.5'10",43yrs old and just test a hair under 10% b/f at 195-97lbs.hope to get up to at least 220-25 by april.

    Mike Westerdals Critical Bench program

    anyone here ever contemplate on giving this a run for the money?i have a few of his books as well as Wendlers 5/3/1 routine.this winter i think i'm gonna seriously put all my effort into a more powerlifting type routine than other programs i've run before.seems like they put on tremendous size...
