    fronting with 4 plates is no joke, big boy. and squatting may be fucking up your elbow as well. ive done it. try a speed week with the big 3 to keep everything fresh, but sounds like you need some rest. could be a forearm or tri issue

    thanks man. doing #40 now. ive done 29 for a week before I realized it was too easy. finished with 37, then did 31 a few rounds but got hurt. best pull is 545, but Im using 565 for my max in the template. No problems so far :) thanks, woman? lol
