Soooo, I entered the Dymatize contest on bodybuilding.com and am working out like a fat kid chasing cake so I can win first place. Sorry to not have been on here much, but I have been working a lot then hitting the gym twice a day and doing things like cross-country skiing on the weekends, etc...

I have a lot of workouts in my head, but I just figured it might be good to keep track somewhat. I know when I have progress but at times I guess I need a visual. :)

I was wondering if any of you use apps to track your workouts? I use my iPhone as my iPod since the new puppy ate my last iPod and found a couple of apps, but they are limited to the exercises they think only apply for a certain muscle group.

I've done that, too, they play a lot of guessing games and I find it is just better if I research it myself and save the money for my protein powder and chicken, haha.
