    Hey my normal place for water/syringes no longer seems to carry this bacteriostatic water. I found sterile water for injection but not sure if that'll do. Any suggestions? I only need water, plenty of pins, need a few sterile vials as well. Need it for hcg.

    Weighted Dips

    I find dips much easier on my shoulder than bench press. Much more natural motion and keeps the elbows in close to the body. I thought I was a bad dude repping 2 plates. On rings, dips are much harder, put way more on the Triceps at the top too. Still no idea why more guys don't use them.
