    12 weeks till next meet.

    I started this week. Heres what has happened so far. Heavy bench day. Flat - bar x 8, 135x8, 225x6, 315x5, 405x1, 405x1, 405x1, 405x1 315x10 Incline BB - Bar x 5, 135x5, 225x5, 315x1, 365x2 (wanted to hit 3 just wasn't feeling it). Peck machine flys - 4x12. Not sure the jumps in weight...

    Testosterone Effects

    I ran test e at 1000mg a week for my first cycle. I never came off. I cruising at about 250 for a while then ran heavy 1500 then went back to 250 then last time ran 1800...my question is my weight...I dont seem to gain much weight when i blast. I actually loose weight when i blast i tend to drop...
