    What do you do for rear delts?

    I like to keep it simple, reverse pec dec with ass farther from machine, leaning in. i feel this has the least potential to **** up the form or do it wrong, and you can be sure your hitting the target muscle. What does every one else do? Trying to find some other exercises that work them too...
