    Decided I'm not going to de-load after the 1st cycle as I still feel very fresh , but will put that de-load week in from the 2nd cycle onwards.

    Feel really good with lifting and fresh , as this is the first cycle would you still recommend that I do the de-load week or would it be ok to start cycle 2 after this week ? I do understand the importance of the de-load week just not sure whether it will be beneficial at the moment.

Never really followed a structured routine, would go into the gym and if it was legs for example would just think " right what we going to do today " so following this routine is totally different for me.
